Claïs graduated with a masters in musicology and a graduate degree in music and entertainment business at Berklee College of Music. She currently works for the Marketing Department of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen, and does freelance work in communication, branding and artist management. She's a board member of string ensemble Boho and music magazine Gonzo Circus.
