Events Marketing Manager, Kobalt, London

Joining a growing, global marketing team in our first ever events focused role, you will help us create a better music industry as well as bring it into the digital age by taking complete ownership of Kobalt and AWAL’s UK and Europe events schedule supporting emerging artists from all over the world.

Working in the heart of the City overlooking the Thames, you will become an integral part of our creative family working closely with organic social media, content, email, events, public relations, design. To be the superstar we are looking for, you need to have succefully developed and carried out events, working in collaboration with other channel owners to develop marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and enhance member experience.


IT Support Engineer, Kobalt, London

The IT Support Engineer will be involved in all aspects of IT from user and infrastructure support to configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting internet, telephony hardware and software issues for Kobalt Group via KTech. KTech is an internal function that provides licenced Technology, Products and Services to Kobalt Group clients. KTech’s current clients are; Kobalt Music Publishing, AWAL, Kobalt Neighbouring Rights, Kobalt Music Recordings, and AMRA.

The IT Support Engineer will work with multiple teams and members of staff including the senior management. A high level of customer support will be expected at all times, while also continually suggesting and implementing system improvements. You will be working as part of a Global Support team of 11 supporting over 500 staff across 10 locations. The London support team provide on site support for the London 350+ user base as well as providing remote support globally. You will assist with rest of world projects as needed.

The environment is a mixture of Windows and Mac technologies, along with a broad range of third party applications.


Release Manager (Catalogue), Kobalt, London

As part of Kobalt’s significant expansion of AWAL - our recorded music division - the Release Manager (Catalogue) will support the growing operations team by ensuring accurate and timely build of all catalogue acquisition releases for digital and physical distribution. Reporting to the Senior Release Manager, the team is responsible for all aspects of product build, release set up and scheduling to ensure all products meet release date.

You may be working for a label with experience in digital ops, supply chain and release management processes as well as strong working knowledge of music metadata and asset management for digital and physical release creation.

Most important is that you have great interpersonal skills and can cope with a high-pressure/fast-paced environment but remain optimistic & persistent to make things happen as well as have a passion for music and Kobalt!
