About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Publicity Intern to join our team. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting artist publicity campaigns — from media pitching and press materials to artist research and cultural storytelling.
Responsibilities
Draft press materials (bios, media alerts, one-sheets)
Conduct media and outlet research across genres
Build and manage press and influencer lists
Track media placements and create press clip mocks and coverage reports
Support campaign planning and brainstorms
Engage in trend tracking across music, culture, and media
Assist with grassroots and digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Strong writing and communication skills
Interest in PR, music, culture, and media
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Familiarity with the current music landscape (Latin, pop, indie, R&B, etc.)
Spanish fluency is a plus, not required
Proficient in Google Suite; knowledge of Muck Rack, Canva, etc. is a bonus
Available 10–15 hours per week
