EarthPercent is the music industry's climate and nature foundation. We believe music is one of the most influential cultural forces in the world: artists alongside the music industry have a unique ability to shape public conversation, raise funds and inspire action for life on Earth.

This is an exciting moment to join EarthPercent. We're looking for someone who can continue to nurture and grow this with care and energy. Working closely with our Head of Fundraising and Co-Directors, the Head of Community and Comms will be responsible for strengthening the connection between our community of donors, our network of industry supporters and the impact of our fundraising.
