Fatou Camara

Fatoumata Camara is a Human Resource professional and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader with many years of experience in the retail and financial industry. She has developed support material and training programs for over 4600 employees and advisors to help build and foster inclusive environments. By adapting these learnings to the music industry, deconstructing unsaids and internal biases, she helps craft respectful spaces where creativity can thrive.

Her career in the music industry started in 2019, when she joined the Moonshine Collective as a member of the Production team and HR Consultant. Since then, she’s had the opportunity to learn from many Artists, DJs and Influencers from around the world. Fatou’s solutions-oriented role is a dynamic mix of support-provision, mediation, and impartial decision-making.
