Getting Started with the Member Hub

This page has everything you need to access your new Member Hub as an existing ALICE or NINA member. Below you'll find a step-by-step video walkthrough to guide you through the sign-up process, followed by a full list of frequently asked questions covering everything from how to use your access code to billing, account setup, and what's changing with your membership.

Step-by-step Guide

➣ Step 1: Log into your shesaid.so account

Head to shesaid.so/account and log in. You should already have an account from when you first purchased your membership with us.

If you've forgotten your password, select the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.

➣ Step 2: Visit the sign-up page

Once logged in, visit HERE

➣ Step 3: Select the ALICE membership tier

On the page, you'll see options for ALICE and NINA tiers. Make sure you select the button under the ALICE tier; your code will only work with the correct tier.

If you're unsure which tier you're on, you can check under your subscriptions when logged into your account.

➣ Step 4: Don't worry about the price!

After clicking the ALICE tier button, you'll be redirected to a checkout page. Please don't be alarmed by any cost shown; this is a one-time purchase page, and your code will bring the total down to £0. You should not be charged anything.

If you see an unexpected amount in the total after applying your code, please email us immediately at hello@shesaid.so, and we'll sort it out for you right away.

➣ Step 5: Apply your code

On the checkout page, your payment details saved to your account should already be pre-filled. Enter your code NZBAKCD in the discount code box and press Apply. The total should update to £0.

📌 Please note: This is a one-time purchase only. You will not be charged monthly or annually; your code grants you free access, and there are no recurring charges associated with this step.

Step 6: Complete the checkout

Once the discount has been applied, press Continue and then Purchase Membership. Once processed, you'll have full access to the Member Hub!

We'd recommend bookmarking both shesaid.so/account and the Member Hub page so you can find your way back easily whenever you need it.


New Member Hub FAQ

Q: What is the Member Hub?

A: The Member Hub is the new home for your shesaid.so membership resources, discounts, content library, and the Community & Industry Roundup, all in one place on the shesaid.so website. It replaces the Community Hub on Mighty Networks and is available now.

Q: Where is the shesaid.so community now based?

A: From 15th April 2026, our primary community spaces are our WhatsApp Community & Google Group. Your membership resources, content library, discounts, and benefits are all now housed in the new Member Hub on the shesaid.so website.

Q: What is happening to the Community Hub on Mighty Networks?

A: Our Community Hub on Mighty Networks will officially close on 15th June 2026. We encourage all members to save any content or connections from the platform before this date. The Member Hub on the shesaid.so website will be your home for resources and content going forward.

Q: I connected with someone through Mighty Networks. How do I keep in touch after it closes?

A: We recommend reaching out to your connections on Mighty Networks before 15th June 2026 to exchange contact details or connect via the shesaid.so WhatsApp Community and Google Group.

Q: Will I lose my posts and content from Mighty Networks when it closes?

A: Yes. When the Mighty Networks hub closes on 15th June 2026, all content within it will no longer be accessible. We strongly recommend saving anything you want to keep, posts, resources, and notes, before that date. We'll send reminders ahead of the closure.

Q: How do I access the Member Hub as an existing member?

A: As an existing ALICE or NINA member, you'll receive an email from us with an exclusive access code and step-by-step instructions on how to join. You'll need to log into your shesaid.so account at shesaid.so/account and follow the process outlined in that email. If you haven't received your invite email, please get in touch at hello@shesaid.so, and we'll help.

Q: I'm a Patreon member. How do I access the Member Hub?

A: If your membership is managed through Patreon, you'll need to create a free account on the shesaid.so website first at shesaid.so/account. Once you've done that, follow the instructions in your invite email using the exclusive code we've provided. Your Patreon billing remains completely unchanged throughout this process.

Q: Do I need to pay anything to access the Member Hub?

A: No. As an existing ALICE or NINA member, your access code brings the checkout total to £0. You will not be charged anything. If you see an unexpected amount after applying your code, please do not proceed and contact us immediately at hello@shesaid.so.

Q: The checkout page is asking for my billing details. Will I be charged?

A: No. Entering your billing details is a required step in the Squarespace checkout process, but you will not be charged once your access code is applied and the total shows £0. This is a one-time process only; there are no recurring charges attached to this step whatsoever. If you are a Patreon member, your Patreon billing also remains completely separate and unchanged.

Q: I'm worried about being charged again. Will this create a new recurring subscription?

A: Absolutely not. The Member Hub access is set up as a “one-time purchase” on our end, and your code makes it free. There are no monthly or annual charges attached to this process. Your existing billing, whether through the shesaid.so website or Patreon, continues exactly as it always has.

Q: My code isn't working. What do I do?

A: First, make sure you're selecting the correct membership tier on the sign-up page. ALICE codes only work with the ALICE option, and NINA codes only work with the NINA option. If you're selecting the right tier and the code still isn't working, please get in touch at hello@shesaid.so, and a member of the team will get it sorted for you.

Q: I selected the wrong tier by mistake. What should I do?

A: Please don't complete the purchase if the code hasn't applied correctly or you've selected the wrong tier. Get in touch with us at hello@shesaid.so, and we'll guide you through the correct process.

Q: I can't remember my shesaid.so account password. What do I do?

A: Head to shesaid.so/account and select the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. This will send a reset link to the email address connected to your account. If you have any trouble, contact us at hello@shesaid.so, and we'll help you get back in.

Q: I don't think I have a shesaid.so account. What do I do?

A: If you joined via Patreon, you may not have a shesaid.so website account yet. You can create one for free at shesaid.so/account. If you originally joined via the shesaid.so website and can't find your account, try the "Forgot Password" option or contact us at hello@shesaid.so and we'll look into it for you.

Q: What happens to my existing subscription? Does anything change?

A: No. Your subscription continues exactly as it is. If you pay via the shesaid.so website or Patreon, nothing changes on your billing. The changes are to where your community and content live, not to your membership itself.

Q: Is my membership automatically continuing, or do I need to re-sign up?

A: Your membership is automatically continuing. You do not need to resubscribe or take any action to keep your membership active. The only action required is following the steps in your invite email to access the new Member Hub space.

Q: How do I know if my membership is still active?

A: You can check your membership status by logging in to your account at shesaid.so/account. If you're unsure or can't access your account, drop us a line at hello@shesaid.so, and we'll check for you.

Q: What is the difference between ALICE and NINA membership?

A: Both memberships give you access to the shesaid.so Member Hub, WhatsApp Community, Google Group, Community & Industry Roundup, events, workshops, discounts, and networking opportunities.

NINA members additionally get access to our full content library (40+ hours of content), and the opportunity to speak at events, mentor members, and host workshops and masterclasses.

Q: As a NINA member, how do I access the Content Library?

A: As a NINA member, you'll automatically be added to the Content Library once you've completed the Member Hub sign-up process using your access code. No extra steps needed, it's all part of the same process.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: To cancel your membership, please log in to your account at shesaid.so/account and manage your subscription from there. Please note that completing the Member Hub sign-up process does not create a new subscription, so cancelling your existing membership will still cancel your access as normal. If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@shesaid.so.

Q: What's actually changing, and what's staying the same?

A: Here's a quick summary:

Changing: Our community space is moving from Mighty Networks to the new Member Hub on the shesaid.so website and our WhatsApp Community. Your membership resources and content library are now housed in the Member Hub.

Staying the same: Your membership, your benefits, your billing, events, workshops, the Google Group, discounts, the Community & Industry Roundup, and the shesaid.so team.
